He is rarely seen and never gets involved in the plots and machinations of the other gods unless Mordos the Deceiver is concerned. Legend has it that Arcanus has been a terrible enemy of both Mordos the Deceiver since the birth of the Gods. Long ago, in a scheme to get Brand Bloodfire to create the artifact known as the Crown of Lies, Mordos impersonated Arcanus and was away with the crown before anyone was the wiser. Arcanus, of course, was extremely distressed by this, and is known to scheme and aid mortals against Mordos and his minions whenever opportunities present themselves.

Damien Helspar
Lord of the Night

Damien is an accomplished sorcerer and a virtually unstoppable killer. His armor, forged by Brand Bloodfire, makes him practically invulnerable to any attack. His sword, 'Shadowbrand', is also one of Brand's Great Weapons. It is also said he has the power to turn light into darkness and summon shadows to do his bidding.
Little has ever been fathomed about this dark being. No one knows where he originally came from, or how he became the Lord of the Night. Some said he was once Karn Skullcutter, the assassin who killed the Demon-King Demaal during the War of Demons, though even the Vaynari are unsure about this. Assassins worship him and his name is whispered in shadowy corners where deeds of death are planned and committed.
Fury Maelstrom
Lady of Storms
The Lady of Storms appears as a tall, fair skinned woman cloaked in silver and pale blue. She has long silver hair, aquamarine eyes, and a very serious demeanor. She rarely speaks, but when she does, her voice is a whisper. Fury commonly takes the form of a misty cloud or a watery titan.
Fury Maelstrom, as her name implies, has control of the oceans and much of the weather of Dorune. She can make the winds blow, rain fall, or deal out storms of varying intensity and magnitude. She also has power over most mortal creatures that call the sea their home.
She is a goddess who keeps mainly to herself. She seems content to roam the oceans and watch time go by. She is primarily neutral in godly struggles except when others interfere in her realm. Fury, if seen with any other power at all, prefers the company of Silverwing the Swift, Lord of the Eagles.

He never goes anywhere without his gnarled staff and a tremendous flagon he carries on his belt.
Llyradalin the Laughing God is one of the best known and most loved of all the powers dwelling within the mortal realm. He is the patron of many forms of entertainment and his followers can be found in every tavern and inn where good cheer prevails. Often called the Fat God due to his immense girth, Llyradalin has a penchant for eating and drinking whatever happens to be in sight. Unlike most of the other deities, he is frequently encountered wandering the lands. He is especially fond of the Alvar of Ifengild as they share his love of fine food and drink. Llyradalin is also referred to as the peacemaker of the gods. Many a terrible squabble has been quelled by his his amazing ability to find humor in any situation.

When he speaks, or more likely laughs, everyone in the vicinity takes notice and listens. Llyradalin carries two potent artifacts. The first is a gnarled staff that has the ability to heal any wound and can even restore the dead to life if their spirit is still available. The second is a massive earthenware stein, said to never empty of high quality ale.
Although Llyradalin makes every attempt to quell struggles between the gods, he subtly opposes Mordos the Deceiver. Mordos is a being of evil and usually has his hand in the darkest of plots. He is extremely cunning and manipulative, realizing that if he goes too far the other powerful powers will band together to destroy him. To counteract this, he works subtly to corrupt, and to force evil into the very fabric of the world. He is the master of lies and can appear as anything or anyone to further his goals. Posing as Arcanus the Mystical, Mordos tricked Brand Bloodfire into crafting the Crown of Lies for him. This has brought the wrath of both Brand and Arcanus upon him on numerous occasions. One of the few gods known to have originated upon Twilight, Silvanna has a strange and powerful affinity for natural forces of the Mortal Realm. Life is more vibrant in her presence and a shroud of vitality is left in her wake. She is also an anti-thesis to creatures of shadow. Her mere touch is enough to banish them to their home realm.
The Green Lady rarely leaves Eldilaer, but will sometimes provide aid to the Vaynari and her mortal worshippers who combat shadow.

Arrogant and spiteful, Lishek has figured in many plots to sow discord and mischief in the world. Though evil to the core, he hates the Dark Hasturs and works against them whenever they interfere with his plans.
His machinations have made him the enemy of Ursalis, a foe who has dogged his steps throughout the Ages. He is often a partner with Nechaka, Queen of Spiders, though he trusts her not at all.

Llynorm the Gray
The Dragon Lord
Status: Lesser Power
Sphere of Influence: Dragons, Wyrms and Wyverns
Colors: Dark Mottled Gray

Old, wise, and possessing ageless powers, Llynorm retired to a cave deep within the mountains of the north to contemplate the cosmos. He occasionally emerges to traverse the lands, but hasn't been seen in centuries.

Infused with power gained by drinking the blood of a Yolari, she quickly utilized her newfound abilities to dominate the sentient spiders of the mortal realm.
The Queen of Spiders considers no one to be worthy of her friendship, but she occasionally finds a use for Lishek, the Wolf Prince, in her numerous plots.
Nechaka is worshipped by all broods of intelligent spiders and spider folk, and has a temple in the dark Arachni city of Sussorro.

Ursalis possesses the puissant axe 'Red Slayer,' forged for him by Brand Bloodfire. This axe is extremely deadly to all forms of were-creatures and shapeshifters.
As the arch-nemesis of Lishek of the Wolf Prince, the Lord of the Bears has pledged eternal vigilance in confounding Lishek at every opportunity. Where Lishek is found plotting, Ursalis can almost certainly be found one step behind him. Ursalis counts Silverwing the Swift as his closest friend, and rarely associates with other powers.
Ursalis is not worshipped in any traditional sense, though he is revered by woodsmen and druidic types.
