Event Logistics:

  • Can you confirm the full venue address?

    • Puebla 186, Roma Norte, Cuauhtémoc, 06700 , Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico

  • Date and event hours are listed as May 31st, 22:00 hrs to 01:00 hrs — please confirm.

    • Confirming: 10pm- 1am

Tickets:

  • What is the ticket price?

    • Ticket Pricing: USD 80 (VIP which includes show ticket), USD 40 General admission downstairs, USD 48 General Admission Balcony.

  • Is there a service fee from the ticketing company that players need to pay on top of the ticket price?

    • The fees shown on Ticketmaster is the all-in price. Here you’ll see the ticket price as MX $1,037. This is the MX $850 ticket price + the MX $237 service fee.

  • Where can players buy tickets? (Link and platform)

  • Is the ticket individual or does it include a companion?

    • Each individual needs a ticket to enter.

Age Restrictions:

  • We’ve seen +18 mentioned, but the registration form asks for +13 confirmation. Could you clarify the minimum age requirement?

    • Show is all ages

Merchandise:

  • Will the official merch sold at the event be Arcane-themed or specific to Hexcore Nights?

    • The merch on site will be Hexcore Nights branded

      • This does utilize Arcane imagery

  • Which items will be available for purchase, and what are the retail prices?

    • Exclusive merch will be available.

Transportation & Parking:

  • Is there parking available for attendees’ cars? If so, is there a cost?

    • No public parking, paid lots nearby

Access Requirements:

  • Do players need a CCXP ticket to access Hexcore Nights, or is it completely independent?

    • This is completely independent and requires its own ticket.

Items Allowed:

  • Can attendees bring cameras (including DSLR cameras)?

    • No

  • Can attendees bring their own food or beverages? Will food and beverages be available for purchase at the venue?

    • Beverages will be available on site. No food and beverage will be allowed to be brought into the venue.

  • Are umbrellas and backpacks allowed inside the venue?

    • No

Cosplay:

  • Can attendees access the event wearing Arcane or League of Legends cosplay?

    • We’d like to encourage people to show up in their cosplay

    • Cosplay Rules: Our cosplay guidelines prioritize safety, comfort, and respect for everyone involved.

      • Respect Others: Costumes should not negatively affect those around you.

      • Space-Friendly: Outfits should be comfortable and easy to move in, keeping in mind the close quarters of our venue.

      • Visible Faces: Masks or makeup must allow staff to identify attendees.

      • Non-Violent: Avoid overly violent themes, mock weapons, or dangerous props.

  • Are weapon-like props allowed if part of the cosplay?

    • Usually venues say no to any form of props/weapons as they can be dangerous.. I’d usually ask players to not bring anything. That way only the approved cosplayers working with us have props and we can ensure safety.
